The Academy of Fine Arts of Rome is one of the most important and ancient academies of fine arts in Italy. The training courses offered by the Academy are similar to the university ones and are divided into a three-year courses and a two-year specialist courses. At the end of the courses, the first and second level diplomas are awarded respectively, which are equivalent in all respects to the corresponding university degrees.
